Marine Biologist at Kenya Tropical Sealife Ltd. She has a degree in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences from Moi University  and is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Fisheries at Pwani University. She has vast experience in fish health, disease diagnostics in fish and treatment. Prior to joining KTSL,  She worked with KMFRI. Gorret is passionate about marine fish, fish pathology and life support system in modern day aquaria.

Caroline applies expert knowledge, industry experience and relentless passion to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. She began her career in the industry as an office administrator, preparing and endorsing shipping documents. Within a year, she was able to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize their satisfaction. She is currently accepting new clients to drive company market share growth in designated territories.

During her free time, she is driving awareness on Sea Turtle rescue.

Prior to joining KTSL, Chris worked for the service industry for 20 years. He worked his way up through the departments of the company until reaching the position of Operations Manager, a position he served for a whole 8 years.

He brings a wealth of extensive management experience to KTSL from his long-time management at Tamarind Management Ltd. He is passionate, dedicated, enthusiastic and self-driven in his work and duties.

 He will be  involved with the day today management and operations of the company. He will oversee any new projects and upgrades which arise at KTSL.

His addition to the company will be of great assistance in steering KTSL to greater heights in future.

Carlos graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Graphic, Communication and Advertising from Moi University. He is a computer enthusiast, a multi disciplinary graphic designer with 5 years experience, specializing in Brand & identity design, print & digital  design, photography and advertising.

His skills and experience is to help Improve KTSL's brand identity, through providing a complete range of design solutions to improve and enhance its brand position in the marketplace.

Karyn has many years' experience in high level management in a broad spectrum of sectors both in UK and Kenya. Such experience enables her to manage and plan operations on a daily basis, including the logistics side of the business, also instrumental in planning consignments  from initial order to delivery.

Over her time with the company, she has also focused on building firm and professional relationships with many of our clients and business partners.

Rene Dalgaard originates from Denmark & has a wealth of experience spanning more than  years in the Tropical Marine Fish trade both in Europe & Africa. In both retail and wholesale sectors. Since , He has devoted his time to Kenya Tropical Sealife Ltd. A company which is now recognized as East Africa's leading supplier of marine ornamental fish and invertebrates to the international aquarium trade.
